MOSES Outreach Coordinator, Harriet Behar, will answer questions on a wide range of topics from filling out certification paperwork, to specific organic production methods such as soil building, weed control and pest control, as well as helping to identify approved materials for organic production. If she can’t answer the question, she will do her best to find someone who can! Harriet had been an organic inspector for 16 years, and has visited thousands of organic crop and livestock farms as well as organic processors around the world. |
