REGISTRATION
Organic Farming Conference Registration includes:
- Admission from Thursday evening at 5pm until Saturday at 5:30pm
- Six workshop sessions with over 60 topics to choose from
- Three general sessions with keynote addresses
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks (Friday and Saturday)
- Admission to the Exhibit Hall
Organic University Registration includes:
- One, day-long session in Organic University Course
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks (Thursday)
- Resource notebook
Registration Information and Policies
Please take the time to read through our registration guidelines and
policies. We accept registrations by mail, fax, or online. We cannot accept registrations by telephone.
Pre-register and take advantage of our early registration pricing!
Registration Deadlines
Register by January 16, 2012 to receive the early registration pricing. Even if
you miss this deadline, you can still pre-register, but at the regular rate.
Registration and payment must be received by February 13, 2012. Walk-in
registrations are available but limited and an additional late fee will apply.

Registration Form
Each registration form allows for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children to register. Please photocopy the form to register additional adults or children or download one (available in December). All kids must be registered regardless of childcare needs.
Child Registration
Required for ages 3-18 regardless of childcare needs. Childcare is available for ages 3-12 only at no additional charge.
Organic University Registrants
You may select only ONE course for the day. There are no 2nd or 3rd choices.
Friday Evening Supper Choices
Two options available. Please choose one.
You have a choice of either the organic supper ($15) or the Wine & Dine with MOSES event ($65 minimum donation).

Refund Policy
No refunds after February 10, 2012. Prior to 2/10/2012, requests for refunds can be made in writing and sent to: MOSES, PO Box 339, Spring Valley, WI, 54767 or e-mailed to: angie@mosesorganic.org. All refund requests are reviewed and, if approved, a processing fee of $15 will be applied.

The 2012 OFC is held at the La Crosse Center in downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin.
