Shhhhhhh! It's a Silent Auction!
Help organic farmers harvest a hearty bounty from MOSES this year by bidding high and often on the wide selection of items waiting for you at the Silent Auction.

Some of the items you will find to bid on are 50# of organic clover seed, 25# of pork, a handmade quilt, organic wines and oils, bottles of honey and pickled produce, a summer fishing trip, a tanned Katahdin sheepskin, a load of organic fertilizer, a night's stay at a bed and breakfast, farming tools, tea and even the choice of a spring heifer calf!

MOSES is honoring all past Organic Farmer of the Year award winners with a special auction table. If you don’t know these splendid farmers, come learn about them, see their photos, and bid on the items they brought for MOSES.

How do I Bid?
Come to the North Hall Lobby - Lower Level on Friday, find something you want to bid on and write your name and the number from the bottom of your name tag on the bid sheet.  Add the amount you are willing to pay on the next available line. Then all you need to do is keep checking and upping your bid to stay ahead of other bidders. If your bid is the final bid at 9:00 pm, you win!

The winning bidders will be posted at the auction area, the book store and check in before 8 am on Saturday. Winning bidders will pay for and pick up their items at the auction area on Saturday from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Test your skill and knowledge!
This year there are even more opportunities for you to help MOSES bring home the bacon for organic farmers. Contests of skill and knowledge will be available as pay-to-play for great prizes. Just a little chicken scratch to have a lot of fun and keep MOSES programs in the green! 

And what’s more, there are door prizes this year! Visit the Silent Auction area in the North Hall Lobby - Lower Level and match the number from the bottom of your name tag to the one on the list of winners, and win a prize. It’s that easy!

Remember that all of the proceeds from these events help organic farmers to succeed, so help  MOSES to feed farmers the highest quality informational forage available.
