YOUNG ORGANIC STEWARDS (YOS)

Young farmers are vital to our future. Our nation is counting on the next generation of farmers to grow our food, revitalize the countryside and protect our natural resources.

Our mission is to connect young farmers, seed inspiration, and share educational & networking opportunities.

Our goal is to facilitate resources, unite young farmers online, increase collective knowledge and organize programming & events for young farmers at the MOSES Organic Farming Conference.

Young Organic Stewards is a program of MOSES and Renewing the Countryside that aims to educate, inspire and empower young farmers to thrive in a sustainable, organic system of agriculture.

This project was supported by the Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, USDA, Grant #2011-49400-30756.

Join your peers who also are interested in organic and sustainable farming. Check out the Young Organic Stewards website.
